How can I contact One Fitness?

Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship to the UK and Gibraltar.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our UK fulfilment centre.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we may not be able to stop your order, but you can still return it for a refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apply Pay and Google Pay.
When will my order be processed and how long will it take to receive it?
Processing time: 1–3 working days
UK delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch
Gibraltar delivery: 5–10 working days after dispatch
Please note: during busy periods or sales, delivery may take slightly longer.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us at info@onefitnessgibraltar.com for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
UK customers: No extra customs charges will apply.
Gibraltar customers: Local taxes or duties may apply depending on customs rules. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns Policy
Returning an item
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’d like to return an item:

Email support@wearone.shop with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you a returns label and instructions.

Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest dispatch location.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you’ve received an item that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving your return.
If you paid by card, it may take a little longer depending on your bank. If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days, please contact your card provider first, then reach out to us if you still need help.
Important notes on returns
Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Returns must be made within 28 days of delivery. Returns after this period may not be accepted.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need another size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
