Returning an unwanted item?
We get it — sometimes an item isn’t quite right. If your order doesn’t work out, you can return it within 28 days of delivery, as long as it’s still in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
After 28 days
We’re unable to accept returns after the 28-day period. If a return is sent after this time, it may be sent back to your original delivery address, and you may be asked to cover the delivery costs.
Original Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unworn and unwashed
Have original tags attached
Be free from damage, marks, or scents (e.g., deodorant, aftershave, smoke)
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure items are packaged securely, and always keep your proof of postage. We cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.
Fair Use
We want to keep returns fair for everyone. If we notice unusual or excessive returns activity (e.g., items worn and then returned, or repeated bulk ordering and returning), we may refuse future returns or take further action.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please email support@wearone.shop with:

We’ll resolve this as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 7–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
